Cancellation & Refund Policy
Travel Exploration requires a 50% deposit for all tour reservations, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Tours are non-refundable. A one-time cancellation may be accepted with an $800 per person rebooking fee, provided the cancellation is made at least 61 days prior to arrival.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Without it, you travel at your own risk. Your policy should cover personal cancellations, trip interruptions, and acts of God.
